SIZE GUIDE / FITTING POLICY

At Lions Roar Fashion, we understand the importance of finding the right fit. We are committed to providing clear, accurate sizing information for all our products to help our customers make informed purchasing decisions. This Size Guide / Fitting Policy outlines how we communicate sizing, provide assistance, and handle issues related to fitting, in compliance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Accurate Sizing Information

We provide detailed size charts for all our clothing and footwear products to ensure our customers can choose the size that best fits them. Our size charts include measurements in centimeters and inches, covering key areas such as:

  • Chest/Bust

  • Waist

  • Hips

  • Inseam (for trousers and skirts)

  • Height and foot length (for footwear)

Our product pages also include information on the fit (e.g., slim, regular, oversized) and material stretch, so customers can better understand how the garment will sit on their body.

2. Size Conversion Guides

Lions Roar Fashion serves customers both in the UK and internationally. To help all customers find the correct size, we provide international size conversion charts that convert between UK, US, EU, and other international sizing systems. For example, a UK size 10 may correspond to a US size 6 or an EU size 38.

For footwear, we also provide specific conversion charts to help customers select the appropriate size based on their region.

3. Fit Assistance

We recognize that every body is unique, and clothing can fit differently depending on personal preferences. To assist our customers in making the right choice, we offer:

  • Fit Recommendations: Each product page features a recommendation about whether the item runs true to size, larger, or smaller than the stated size. This information is based on customer feedback and internal fit tests.

  • Model Measurements: Where applicable, we include the height and clothing size of the model featured in the product photos, so customers can compare their own measurements to the model's for additional guidance.

  • Fit Support from Customer Service: Customers who are unsure about sizing or need further assistance can contact our customer service team at [insert contact email or phone number]. Our team is trained to provide personalized advice based on the customer’s measurements and the specific product in question.

 

4. Made-to-Measure Services

For select items, Lions Roar Fashion offers a made-to-measure service where customers can provide their exact measurements for a custom fit. This service is available for certain formalwear, tailored items, or luxury collections. Customers using this service will receive detailed instructions on how to take accurate measurements and may be asked to provide additional information to ensure the best fit.

Please note that made-to-measure items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

5. Return and Exchange Policy for Sizing Issues

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the fit of their products. If an item does not fit as expected, customers may return or exchange it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange due to sizing issues, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

For exchanges, we offer free exchanges for different sizes, subject to availability. If the size requested is not in stock, we will offer the customer a refund or store credit, as per the customer’s preference.

 

6. Tailoring and Alteration Recommendations

For customers seeking a more tailored fit, we recommend working with a professional tailor or alteration service. Although Lions Roar Fashion does not offer alteration services, we are happy to advise customers on which areas of a garment can be adjusted by a tailor to achieve a better fit (e.g., hemming trousers, adjusting waistlines).

7. Online Fitting Tools (Coming Soon)

In our continuous effort to enhance the customer experience, we are developing online fitting tools that will allow customers to input their body measurements and receive personalized size recommendations for each product. This technology will further reduce the likelihood of returns due to sizing issues and ensure customers receive the best possible fit.

8. Customer Feedback on Fit

We value customer feedback, especially regarding the fit of our products. Customers are encouraged to leave reviews about the sizing and fit of the items they purchase. This feedback helps other customers make informed decisions and allows us to continually improve our size accuracy and fitting guides.

9. Compliance with UK Consumer Protection Laws

Lions Roar Fashion adheres to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides customers with the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is found to be significantly different from the sizing information provided, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under UK law.
